**Points positifs :**
- **Accueil :** Le personnel à l'accueil a été aimable et serviable.
- **Situation :** L'emplacement du village est idéal, offrant un cadre agréable et bien situé.
- **Mobil-home :** Le logement était confortable et bien équipé.
- **Équipe technique :** L'équipe technique a été super, réactive et efficace pour résoudre les problèmes.
**Points négatifs :**
- **Problème à l'arrivée :** À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par une odeur nauséabonde insupportable dans notre mobil-home, rendant impossible de dormir, manger ou même rester à l'intérieur pendant trois jours. Ce problème a gâché le début de notre séjour et n'a été résolu qu'après plusieurs interventions de l'équipe technique.
- **Règlement intérieur :** Le non-respect flagrant du règlement intérieur par certains vacanciers est inadmissible. À la piscine, des personnes nageaient entièrement habillées, d'autres portaient leurs sous-vêtements sous leurs maillots de bain, et certains mangeaient même dans l'eau. Malgré nos plaintes répétées à l'accueil, le personnel nous a clairement fait comprendre que la direction ne considérait pas cela comme un problème, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et contraire à leurs obligations.
- **Problème d'éclairage :** Le site est éclairé en permanence par des lampadaires situés très proches des habitations, rendant impossible une nuit de sommeil car les logements ne possèdent pas d'équipements nécessaires pour faire la nuit totale à l'intérieur. En ces temps d'économies d'énergie et dans le cadre du processus de certification Clef Verte, est-ce vraiment raisonnable ?
En résumé, bien que certains aspects de notre séjour aient été corrects, la gestion déplorable de la direction et le manque de respect des règles de base ont rendu notre expérience assez désagréable.

Bon rapport qualité/prix.
Les appartements sont très spacieux et disposent de beaucoup d'espace autour. Rien a voir avec les bungalows
Logements globalement vieillissant mais état général correct.
Le village est accessible en 5 min a vélo par pistes cyclables, océan en 5 min.

Village idéalement bien situé,manque d animations et d entrain des animateurs,1 seul motivé pour le village ,belles piscines mais non chauffées donc compliqué pour s y baigner avec une eau à 22 degrés ,vraiment dommage ,serveuses et serveuses agréables ,logements assez spacieux et confortables,

Très beau centre. 2ème fois pour nous. Les gites sont bien agencés. Le cadre superbe (plage, pins...). La piscine est superbe. Le service et le personnel très attentif et réactif.
Toutefois, les gites ne sont pas du tout isolés phoniquement (simple vitrage, porte). Du bruit en été, avec les animations du camping voisins, cela s'entend.
Mais ce qui était le plus gênant, c'est un gite voisin, constitué d'une grande famille, complètement irrespectueuse du voisinage, qui nous empêchait de dormir jusqu'à 1h chaque nuit; et pire, qui nous intimidait le jour (suite à notre demande de faire moins de bruit, et suite au passage du veilleur qu'ils n'ont pas apprécié). Je n'ai jamais vu cela. Les gens éduqués s'excusent, font un effort. Eux non.
J'entends le volet "mixité sociale" de VTF (et plus jeune, j'étais un bénéficiaire social). Mais je me suis senti en minorité et je n'ai jamais ressenti cela dans d'autres centres de vacances que je fréquente plusieurs fois par an (P&V, Belambra). Cela nous refroidit grandement pour nos prochaines vacances dans un VTF.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans ce centre mes ados et moi. Plusieurs points très positif :
- l'emplacement du vtf à 800 mètres de l océan et 25/30 minutes du centre plage de Biscarosse, mais aussi à proximité d un loueur de vélos, d'un spar et de pistes cyclables (dune du pilat/bourg de biscarosse) ;
- le centre, très joli et propre dans une pinède ;
- la gentillesse du personnel très accueillant et serviable ;
- la mise à disposition d'un composte ;
- l animation du mentaliste en soirée ;
- les prix négociés pour le surf et location de vélos.
Nous avons moins aimé :
- le banana assez rudimentaire et petit. Dès que vous bougez, tout craque, le lit, etc. Et donc bruyant. Si vous pouvez prendre un appartement ou un mobil'home, cela est beaucoup plus confortable. Ils ont l air neufs et de l extérieur très bien.
- les femmes qui se baignent complètement habillées de la tête aux chevilles dans la piscine sous le regard du directeur qui ne dit rien alors que cela est interdit.
- le restaurant. Nous avons essayé le premier soir et n'avons pas aimé. La nourriture est industrielle et sans trop de saveurs. Même la pizza était moyenne. Les prix sont cependant raisonnables et les boissons du bar aussi. Les serveurs, adorables.
En conclusion, nous avons passé un très bon séjour mais ne reviendrons pas n'utilisant très peu les animations, le club ados et la piscine pour la raison évoquée plus haut.
