Balcons de Maurienne is a holiday village located 15km from Saint-Jean de Maurienne, near Les Karellis ski resort (Savoy - French Alps). To make your organization easier, every facilities (including accommodation, catering, kids clubs, bars, etc.) are gathered in a single building at the foot of the slopes. The reception is open Sunday to Friday from 8 am to 2 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 

Night watchman from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Secure access code.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Par contre, un petit grille pain pour tout le self reste grandement insuffisant. Les plats en libre service sont plus que tièdes. Et il serait souhaitable de ne pas cumuler les séjours clients et scolaires, car les capacités d'accueil au restaurant ne sont pas suffisantes.

Super séjour Très bon accueil, le personnel de restauration est parfait Si je pouvais, je mettrai des points supplémentaires pour Constance qui dans toutes les situations malgré qu'elle doit être agacé selon certaines demandes et le comportement de certains vacanciers, garde toujours le sourire et est d'une efficacité dans ses tâches quotidiennes Points aussi pour Jean Luc que nous avons rencontré lors d'une sortie raquettes, qui aime les gens et sa région. Surtout bonne continuation à tous Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine c'est déjà noté sur notre agenda pour réserver

Bon séjour ,horaires de restauration pas adaptes aux jeunes enfants ,a revoir, mais le personnel de salle était compréhensif. le sauna c est un plus mais plusieurs séances ou il ne chauffait pas beaucoup. certains travaux dans les salles de bain seraient pas du luxe ,un peu vétuste. les animations au bar sont très bien .dommage cette année aucunes luges mise a disposition des enfants . ajouter des compotes et fromages blancs aux desserts du dejeuner et diner serait bien ,
